How the Awake Liquidity
Pools work.

  1. Borrowers are onboarded into Awake’s platform after being approved by our Verifiers. They can now present their offers parameters.
  2. Awake gets the liquidity pool ready. Smart Contracts are deployed and connected to an SPV (special purpose vehicle) in order to be legally compliant in the desired market.
  3. Enter global investors. They can now access the Awake platform and browse for deals in our liquidity pools.
  4. Real World Assets collateralize deals and are tokenized in order to unlock liquidity provided by investors. Borrowers are now able to convert crypto into fiat.
